These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, WWW.DELUXSAUNAS.COM (the “Site”), and your purchase of products from Delux Saunas FL LLC. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) or any of our north american partner companies including Sauna Central Inc (“partners”). By accessing or using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Services

1.1 Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our saunas and related products. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions or images are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Due to the natural features of wood and wood products, visual differences may be present in each product.

1.2 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that are suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

2.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order placement as per payment schedules outlined upon agreement and noted through an invoice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our merchant invoices. All payments are processed securely. Once a deposit has been made for a product it is strictly non-refundable. a final balance due date is indicated within an invoice provided through our merchants ‘Square’ or ‘Stripe’ and is upheld and extended into ‘Block Inc’ and ‘Stripe Inc’ payment policies. We do not accept cash, cheques, or money orders.

2.3 Overdue Balances

final balances are due upon set invoice date. failure to provide full payment may result in actions including but not limited to asset repossession. Delux Saunas FL LLC Reserves the right to maintain all ‘assets’ in relation to our products within our legal ownership until a final balance is paid.

2.4 Partial Payments/Partial Orders

If your order contains multiple items, your deposit will be spread out evenly according to the items on your order (ie. 3 Saunas on a single invoice, with a $6000 deposit is assumed to be a $2000 deposit per sauna). Should you choose to receive your order in partial items then your balance will be calculated on a per item basis – But the original invoice will still be upheld for the remaining items and your remaining deposit will be held.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the products ordered. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or provided to you through written communication.

3.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided upon order and are based on availability and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and undamaged products within 5 days of receipt for a partial half-value refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

4.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. Warranty

5.1 Limited Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on our saunas as detailed in our warranty documentation. saunas which are installed by our team are upheld with complete coverage of our warranty. Saunas which are delivered as DIY kits are subject to warranties describes under original manufacturer terms. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

5.2 Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with proof of completeley paid purchase and a description of the defect. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the claim.

5.3 Service Appointments

Within our serviceable regions, Delux Saunas FL LLC and associated installers and/or service persons will attend to service requests on a per-basis schedule. Per-basis schedule means such that upon availability – one of our team members may attend a service request without the necessity of the home owner present as long as there is ease of access to the sauna. consent to access the property is assumed as long as an installation has begun – and Delux Saunas FL LLC products or property is on the premise. If access to the sauna is only available through locked or gated routes then consent from the property owner will be requested.

6.1 Ownership
All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Delux Saunas FL LLC and/or Our Partners or its licensors and is protected by American and international intellectual property laws.

6.2 Use of Content
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our Site without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any extended warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delux Saunas FL LLC or our partners. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
